1. Beat the butter, salt and sugar until fluffy. Until the butter has lighter color.
2. Gradually add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is incorporated.
3. Pour fresh milk into the bowl and again beat until the ingredients are combined.
4. Mix and sift the cake flour and baking powder together, then gradually divide into the wet mixture. Until the ingredients are well combined, set aside.
5. Mix cocoa powder, sugar and hot water until incorporate.
6. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
7. Mix 40ml of fresh milk in the vanilla mixture. And mix cocoa in a separate bowl.
8. Pour the chocolate mixture into the loaf pan, followed by the vanilla mixture Or will do it alternately depending on you.
9. Put in the preheated oven at 170°C,(top, and bottom) Baking time is about 55 minutes.

For Skordalia | Σκορδαλιά
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic (8g)
250g bread, soaked in the water and squeeze
out the water
1 tbsp of lemon juice, fresh
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
50ml boiled water, room temperature
120ml olive oil
Instructions
1. Soaked the bread in the water for about 5 minutes, and squeezing out excess water.
2. Add the garlic, bread, salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, and water in the blender. Blended well together.
3. And add olive oil, then again mix until incorporated. Serve with Bakaliaros.
For the Fish (Cod)
1200g salted codfish
2 eggs
260g all purpose flour
50g cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
250ml. Cold beer
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
oil for fried
- desalting the codfish (rinse, soaked in the water for overnight) and removed the bones.
Instructions
1. Rinse, and soaked the salted codfish overnight, remove the bones and skin. Cut into pieces.
2. Beat well the eggs, salt, and pepper then add cold beer. Mix until incorporated.
3. Then add all purpose flour, cornstarch mix until you have a thick batter.
4. Dip the fish into the batter and fry them into the hot oil on both sides. Until they have a beautiful golden light brown color.
8. Drain on kitchen pepper, and serve with Skordalia. Enjoy!!
