1. Three very ripe bananas , Mashed them with the fork, and add lemon juice Mix together, set aside.
2. Mix together the flour, baking powder, Baking soda,and Salt, then sift them, set aside.
3. In a bowl cream plant magarine(or Butter) , white sugar, and brown sugar. Mix on midium high speed until combined, then add the eggs, Mix until combined. Pours in the mashed banana, add vanilla extract, mix well, then slowly add condensed milk, then mix until incorporated.
4. Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, mix well, then and raisin(If desire),,Fold in together.
5. Pour the batter into baking containers, bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, on 160 c°, bake on top and bottom heating, and without fan.
6. Let cool and Enjoy

1. Baking time is depending on accordingly the type of your oven.

Places the Pan on medium-high heat, pours an olive oil, and put potatoes (cutting in pieces) Fried, put salt, pours into the tray and set aside. 2. Prepare the bell peppers, and tomatoes by scooping inside out. Keeps the tomatoes juice for an ingredient. 3. Add onion (chopped), 2 cloves of garlic (chopped), and add some more Olive oil, then stirring until cook. After put 600g. Carolina rice, salt, sugar, and black pepper, And add tomatoes juice, stir until combined, and close the lid for 3-5 minutes. 4. When its ready put 1 Tbsp. of intensives tomato sauce, add coriander and stir well. Set aside. 5. Scoops the rice into the bell peppers, and tomatoes. Put the rice 3/4 for each bell pepper, and tomato. 6. Pour the water over the baking tray. Covers with aluminum foil, Bake 190c° for 45-55 minutes , Remove aluminum foil before 10-15 minutes before the time runs out. 7. Usually, serve with fata cheese.
1,150 g. Boiled potatoes 50 g. unsalted butter 100 ml. Whipping cream(warm) 50 ml. fresh milk (warm) 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions;
1. Clean the potatoes, remove the skin, and cut them up into small pieces. Boil the potatoes on medium-high heat for about 30 minutes or until almost falling apart, then drain out the water. 2. Add unsalted butter (Room temperature) mix until incorporated, then start to add the warm whipping cream, and fresh milk, mix until smooth and creamy. 4. 500 ml. Heavy cream(cold) 360 g. Sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract Directions;
1. Chill mixing bowl, and whisk equipments in the freezer for at least 20 minutes or as cold as possible. 2. Pour heavy cream into the bowl, and whisk until stiff peaks. 3. Add Sweetened condensed milk, and Vanilla extract. whisk on low speed until the mixture combined. 4. Put in the box, and freeze for at least 7-8 hours, then,,,,Enjoy!!!!!
